to New Zealand

Crossing to New Zealand Aug 2006	We left Tanna for New Zealand. Here we are approaching the North Island of New Zealand.
	In the evening sunrays a school of dolphins kept us company as we came closer to our destination.

	We anchored late evening 29 Aug outside Auckland with the lights from the big city illuminating our deck. A scenery so different from what we had experienced the previous months	We would stay in Auckland more than two months, for maintenance and crew holidays, before starting our next adventure around Cape Horn.
